On November 15, Ms. Helen Wang, Deputy Director of the Library at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), led a team of 15 library staff to Guangzhou to participate in the 10th Sino-Foreign Joint Venture University Library Annual Conference. This year's event, hosted by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), focused on the theme "AI and Me: Share Your Story," exploring the application and development of artificial intelligence in the library sector.
11月15日，香港中文大学（深圳）图书馆副馆长王雯斐女士率领一个由15名图书馆成员组成的代表团前往广州，参与由香港科技大学（广州）主办的第十届中外合作大学图书馆年会（简称JVU图书馆年会）。此次年会的主题为“AI与我：分享你的故事”，旨在深入交流人工智能技术在图书馆领域的应用及发展前景。

The conference served as a valuable platform for enhancing communication and learning among Sino-foreign joint venture universities. Ms. Wang moderated the session "AI in Resource Management," where she demonstrated her exceptional hosting skills and deep insights into library management.

Members of the CUHK-Shenzhen team delivered professional and impactful presentations. Ms. Alice Bao, Subject Librarian for Management and Economics, discussed "E-resources Management and Utilization," sharing strategies and practices for building, managing, and providing electronic resources to boost user engagement and satisfaction. IT Supporting Librarian Mr. Adrian Li presented on "Practical AGI Solutions for a Librarian's Daily Workflow," offering valuable experiences and unique insights from his field, which inspired fellow attendees.
香港中文大学（深圳）图书馆的代表团成员也在年会上进行了精彩的分享。其中，学科服务部经管学院的包豫新老师围绕电子资源的管理与利用进行了深入探讨，分享了其在构建、管理和提供电子资源方面的实践经验，旨在提升读者的参与度和满意度。同时，技术服务部的李旭东老师则介绍了人工智能技术在图书馆员日常工作中的具体应用，展示了人工智能在图书馆工作中的重要作用。两位代表的分享内容丰富、见解深刻，为与会者提供了宝贵的经验和启示。
