On the momentous date of Friday, December 22, the Library orchestrated a grand spectacle: a meticulously curated selection of over 100 books, boasting 50 distinct titles, was unveiled as a token of gratitude towards our esteemed users.
To cater to a diverse range of users, we took great care in curating titles that were published in either English or Chinese. The selection encompassed a wide array of topics, including history, classic literature, science fiction, crime literature, and documentaries.
We are delighted to announce that the giveaway was met with an overwhelmingly positive response from our library users. The event allows users to choose wrapped books to take home at no cost, creating an element of surprise and excitement. It has become a cherished tradition for us to organize this event around Christmas, as it coincides with the upcoming term break, providing users with an opportunity to unwind and indulge in their reading during the holiday season.
