Reservation Policy for Outdoor Interactive Space and Rm 119
- The online reservation is open to academics/staff only;
- Students need to make appointments as a group by one of the following two methods:
Method 1:
To reserve a room, students can contact the staff in charge of the activity or the student group they are affiliated with. The staff will then book the room on their behalf and grant them access by adding them as a “group member” in the system. Students can use their cards to enter the room once they have been added.
Method 2:
To reserve a room, students can submit the Online Reservation form directly to the library at least three days in advance. They will receive an email notification once their request is approved. - The reservation can be made 30 days in advance;
- Time length for online reservation: max. 5 hours/block;
Regulations and Policies
- All users MUST comply with the Law of the People’s Republic of China, and all University Library policies and regulations.
- Please take care of the equipment and facilities so that we can continue to offer you these services.
- Conversational noise is to be expected within the space. Please DO NOT shout or raise your voice when you talk within the space.
- Please remove the garbage when you leave the space.
- All interactive spaces are smoke-free.
- Please take care of your own belongings. Library takes NO responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Please leave the space when your booking time comes to an end. You must remove all your personal belongings, as well as other items you brought into the room.
- Please turn off the light and close the door when vacating rooms if applicable. please return the furniture and equipment to its original place. Failure to do so may have consequences for future booking applications.
- The Library reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.
- Violations of this policy and other library policies and regulations when using the room may result in, but are not limited to, removal from the room and/or suspension of privileges.
