Access to E-resources via VPN
Staff and student members are able to access campus intranet resources off-campus by VPN (Virtual Private Network). More information is available at ITSO VPN Service Page.
Please note that the server address for staff has been changed to http://vpn.cuhk.edu.cn/lib for accessing Library resources from off-campus since April 18th, 2019. When you refer to the PDF instructions, please make sure you change the server address.
E-resources supporting Institutional Login
For all E-resources that support institutional login, you can log in with your institutional account. For E-resources that support WAYFless (WAYF stands for Where Are You From) URLs, patrons can simply login on the WAYFless URL page without having to detour through the institutional login page. For E-resources that do not support WAYFless URLs, patrons need to find the entrance of institution login and the name of our institution first, and then reach the login page.
