【Library Notice】图书馆邮件系统升级维护 | Upgrade and Maintenance for Library Email System
尊敬的读者:
为提升服务质量,图书馆定于2025年5月30日(星期五)10:00至18:00对邮件系统进行升级维护。现将相关事宜通知如下:
一、系统维护期间影响
- 图书借阅/归还提醒、预约到馆通知、逾期提示等邮件可能出现延迟送达;
- 图书借阅、归还、续借等自助服务功能正常使用不受影响。
二、系统升级后变更
- 所有书籍流通通知将统一由专用邮箱 library-system@cuhk.edu.cn 发送;

Dear Library Users,
To enhance the quality of our services, the library will be conducting an upgrade and maintenance of the email notification system on Friday, May 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please find the relevant details below:
1. Impact During Maintenance
Notifications such as borrowing/return reminders, request pickup alerts, and overdue notices may experience delays in delivery.
Core self-service functions, including borrowing, returning, and renewing books, will remain fully operational and unaffected.
2. Changes Post Upgrade
All circulation-related notifications will be standardized and sent exclusively from the dedicated email address: library-system@cuhk.edu.cn.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause and appreciate your understanding and support as we work to improve our services.
